Expensive properties with cheap furnishings and some of the worst response times I’ve come across. Don’t get me wrong some things have been sorted sooner rather than later but mostly, not… lived in the property for a year and a half and there’s been a lift replacement sign and info of a ‘club house’ for all that time… paying for what… the only time they’re quick to contact is if it’s rent related, anything else don’t expect any assistance

Lived here for nearly few years now and a roof over my head here does the job. Room small including bathroom and kitchen could’ve been bigger but it does the job on daily basis for one person living there.

The Ocasa team are quick to respond to maintenance repair issues if properly logged by the team. The maintenance people hired are very professional and do a great job. The property itself is brilliant for the price and is maintained very well. The initial paperwork process for renting the flat was long and tiresome having to constantly chase them up but I'm very happy to live in an Ocasa flat and I would strongly recommend them as the pros outweigh the cons.

Guess I'll just copy and paste the same review from last year.
"Absolutely abysmal service. I moved out of the property 18 months ago and I still get constant emails telling me they need access to the property. I have made countless emails and phone calls. And just get ignored. Back in winter 2022 I was left without heat and hot water for 2 weeks while they were looking for the cheapest contractor. Everytime I called I was told I would hear back by the end of the day.
Anyway. Hope I win £100 Amazon Voucher."

The application process was seamless, viewing was precise. The proper is clean and moving in was without any hassle. The environment is serene and the property is located right in the town centre which is great for me.
