That is such a perfect trip during the post-pandemic. Everything was arranged in advance including PCR tests in different venues, specific restaurants, early check-in and etc. We met some emergency adjustments during the trip. So appreciate Jose's help, without that, we can't have the awesome experience in Chile. All private transportation, tour guides, and hotels are unique, clean, and safe. According to our requirements, Jose provided the best solution to us and also gave us rather valuable suggestions. We highly recommend Yampu to my friends. "Perfect Peru"

Our recent 2 week trip to Peru was flawless thanks to Jose and Stephanie. Our guides and drivers were first rate and the hotels suggested ended up being perfect- from Hotel B in Lima, sanctuary Lodge in Machu Picchu, Titilaka and the others. Yampu went above and beyond the call of duty after a couple of flight debacles (none their fault) ensuring we could press on with as little interruption to our itinerary as possible.
This trip was planned prior to covid and we are so grateful to finally have visited Peru- thanks Yampu! We look forward to our next travels with you.

"A marvelous trip to New Mexico"

We had marvelous trip to New Mexico. Almost two years ago, we were supposed to go to Colombia through Yampú, but alas Covid…
In the intervening time, José personally worked with us. When we decided not to travel abroad, he created several trips for us domestically. We selected New Mexico. What I appreciate is that he worked closely with a local tour guide and together, they put together a memorable trip.
This was my first Yampú trip, but it won’t be my last!

"Yampu booked our trip to Alaska…"

Yampu booked our trip to Alaska recently and they deserve a five-star rating.

Monica took a special interest in my son and me. She knew that we needed the best scenery that Alaska could give and the best chances for animal viewing, particularly the giant Kodiak bears.

From the first phone call to the last, Monica began doing her homework. The result was a splendid experience, without a glitch. All the transfers, private tours, and guides worked out to our complete satisfaction.

Monica was hands-on before the trip as well as during the trip. She fine tuned every aspect. Any question or situation, she was a phone call away, even if it was her dinner time.

She looked at our trip requirements and was constantly involved in the process of squaring the details before we were even on the first plane. She was also more concerned with our "food" situation than we were, often suggesting or booking new places while we were on tour.

She treated us like family and tailored the travel experience to our needs. She researched everything, made decisions, checked back with us, even altered things when the weather did not cooperate. We couldn’t have asked for better management and all the excursions gave us memories—and more importantly for our art calendar—photographs.

The final validation should come not from us but from people in Alaska. This is what we heard: “Your travel agent kept calling to get this done”; “your travel agent really fought for you to get this”; or “you can thank your agent for this!”

"Turkey"

Wow! Turkey is a must vacation for anyone interested in great food, approachable and welcoming citizens, and significant world history! Istanbul is truly a secular cosmopolitan metropolis... Traffic included lol
The Cappadocia region was truly a step back in time... And the hot air balloon ride is a must! Pottery, magic carpets, and Turkish delights, Oh my!!

"Ecuador highlands"

Jose put together a package that included 3 days of tours and 2 nights in the highlands of Ecuador with a private guide and driver for our private group of 6. Everything was spectacular. We had amazing hikes around Cotopaxi, Quilotoa and Banos and our guide was very knowledgeable regarding the landscape, helped with a pharmacy stop, as well as dinner reservations while in Quito. The lunch spots they chose were also very tasty and I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating everyone was at the two Haciendas that were chosen for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Yampu tours to travelers as well as travel advisors. Our company will be using them again next month in Ecuador and I am looking into even more adventures with this company. You will be in great hands!

"Costa Rican Adventure!"

We have used Yampu for a total of 4 international trips to date. We just returned from Costa Rica (July 2021) and it was an incredible adventure filled vacation. From zip-lining across the canopies, to RainForest tours, to rappelling off waterfalls, and even ATV excursions down rural paths, this was our most thrilling family vacation. Yampu, as always, provided reliable and wonderful service. They were with us every step of the way. That is why they are the only company we will use for our international travel!
