"Good price"

I ordered some boots which did not fit.
I sent them back and there was a bit of a communication error when it came to a refund.
It has now been sorted.

"An extremely poor service and follow up…"

An extremely poor service and follow up service.
I ordered a SUP board along with some gloves and a PFD.
I received the board, but with no gloves.
It took a number of repeated enquiries to be refunded for the missing gloves.
Then when I tried the SUP board, found that the fin attachment was the wrong size. I contacted the company multiple times and they never resolved the issue.
I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

"Fast shipping, well packaged."

I see some bad reviews for these guys. Well i've only ordered one item - Jobe Neva - but it arrived quickly and well packaged, so i cant complain.

"BUYWARNING"

BUYWARNING: "The SUP Company" sent a wrong article (ordered via Amazon). When I complained, I was asked to pay the return shipping costs, although this was clearly the company's fault.

There was no response to repeated requests for reimbursement of the return shipping costs. Even when Amazon was called in and asked for clarification, there was no reaction. In the end, Amazon reimbursed the shipping costs as well as the amount of the item as part of the buyer protection, but there was no reaction from "The SUP Company".

The fact that a third party now had to reimburse the costs can also be seen as fraud against the customer. I can only warn of this company, in the net one finds a multiplicity of similar reports about "The SUP Company" company.

"pleasant experience"

No problems, what so ever!

After reading the reviews on here I was a bit weary. But when the red paddle company suggested them as one of their retailers I thought I'd give them a go anyway.
I got the 10 ft 8 red paddle company board.
I got it through the finance which was really easy to set up. I then had thought about it too long.. So I missed the cut off point for next day delivery and wanted it for the weekend.. but that was my own fault! There was an option to go collect.. So I went the next morning to collect which wasn't too far about an hour and 30mins for me. I got a confirmation call that morning to tell me it was there waiting for me and it was all ready to collect which was great!
When I got there I did drive past it once.. But that's not anything out the norm for me 😂 the young lad that worked there was really nice and helpful and carried it to my car for me!

I made sure when I got home I checked everything.. Everything was there and amazingly packed!

I don't think I could have had a better experience with them at this point!

Apart from ever since I bought it, it has been raining and I haven't been able to get out on it! Haha hopefully the sun with shine again soon.

"Wrong item sent"

Wrong item sent, bad customer service

I ordered some 4m straps (which can hold 2 SUP's) which i needed the following weekend. Delivery was quick but they sent the wrong item. Emailed them asap and got no reply.

Only realised the straps were too short when I opened them. Ended up having to use the straps as I was collecting a board on the weekend. Kept the packaging and was very careful with them.

Monday morning, called The Sup Co to see what they proposed to rectify their error. Initially they were not sure of how they would even sort out the logistics of a return. Later they called back and said because I had opening the package they refused to refund. They would offer me 10% off the correct straps (which i had ordered in the first place!"£!) leaving me wasting £50+

Will never use this company again for boards or equipment.
