"Set up of this system was so easy"
Set up of this system was so easy, even for me a total non technical person. The site was so simple adding, changing and linking payment methods.
I'd thought about doing this for a few years and always put it off as I thought it would be a lot more complicated, but after doing this I wish I'd have made the jump a long time ago.
Sending the link to clients was tense as I have a few older clients. But the first time 90% of them got it immediately with a couple of my older clients just needing some hand holding and we got there in the end.
Overall a very positive start to hopefully a long partnership.

I've been using it since 2020. The goal is for customers to come to my store's website and make reservations directly. It's simple and convenient. However, sometimes customers want to change the date but, not knowing how, they don't cancel and end up making double bookings.

In the almost 9 months since I've been using Simplebook.me, my workflow has completely changed. The platform has become an indispensable tool for my Pilates studio.

"Schlechtes nicht durchdachtes Programm"
Kein durchdachtes Programm. Leider fehlen sehr viele Funktionen, was man aber erst nach der Buchung des Programms und während der Anwendung feststellt.
Der Support ist nicht hilfsbereit und jedes mal sehr unfreundlich wenn man eine Frage hat.
Ich wurde für Systemanfragen einfach auf eine Seite verwiesen, auf der ich angeblich Vorschläge an das Entwickler Team stellen kann. Dort sieht man, dass von allen Anfragen bisher 1 bearbeitet wurde. Viele sind vor über einem Jahr gestellt worden und haben bis heute keine Antwort bekommen.
Auch die Anbindung von Stripe für Lastschriftzahlungen ist nicht möglich, nur Kreditkarte, was in der Werbung auf der Website anders dargestellt wird. Was ein großes Problem für uns war, da viele unserer Kunden keine Kreditkarte besitzen.
Für ein kleines Studio ohne hohe Ansprüche vielleicht gut. Für uns leider rausgeschmissenes Geld.
Nachtrag: Es gibt zwar einen 24 Stunden Support, der auch direkt im Chat antwortet, die Personen können einem allerdings in den meisten Fällen nicht weiterhelfen und verweisen einen wie schon oben erwähnt auf die Entwicklerseite, von wo man keine Antwort erhält.

"Non Existent Customer Service - Generic AI Responses"
A glitch required me to make an online payment. Unfortunately the site would not receive online payments from me. I notified Simplybook.me many times asking if there was an alternative way to receive my payment - until they managed the glitched. Also mentioning how valuable their booking system is, I do appreciate their service. After two months and many generic responses I can no longer log into my account. I think they cancelled it. Have emailed them again but am not expecting much. Customer Service is non existent. I don't think they care. UK customer.

"Lacks transparency around plans and included features"
The overall experience is user-friendly hence the 3 stars. It'd get a 5 if the plans weren't so aggressively priced per the features available per plan. There's also compromised ethics around the green check marks of what a potential client would regards as included. Please note that the green check marks represent features that are available to select BUT NOT INCLUDED. you'd have to go to a different page where there's the word "free" highlighted in green. What simplybook considers "free" and "included" are two very contrasting concepts.

I have been using Simply book for just over a year for my secure dog park. I honestly can't fault them. It's a brilliant, versatile site, incorporating a website with a booking site. It takes a little to get to know how to use (their vast) functions, but helpfully their customer support is the best I've ever experienced. There is always someone on the live chat almost immediately to help you and they really know their stuff.
They are also open to feedback and really listen when you suggest improvements, or things you feel could help your business. You feel listened to.
