Simplybook.me is a tresure. My company have used Simplybook.me for many years now and its still amaze me how you can bend it to your will. It do take a little braincells to make it work on the bigger scale but in the end it has alot of power and look good. There is a few things lacking but hopfully it will come later. I will always thank the day I found simplybook.me

"Unprofressional, pricy, acting outside of European Law"

This software makes my business look ridiculous. I allowed my clients to book services well into my break time or end of work shift, to be more accomodating - simplybook.me has the most backwards setting possible for that: they split the time of the booking, say 30min managed to sqeeze in before your break and the next 30min are the first minutes after your break. What the heck is that even?! Both my client and me are looking at a silly booking of 3.5h hours. I complained multiple times - HOW unprofressional is it, for a 1h booking to possibly be longer? WHO wants that?
The team is not being helpful. I demanded a refund they are obliged to provide under european law (2 years guarantee) but they referenced the 3 month refund period is over. SO not only are they incapable of fixing what bothers me (that is part of the european law entitling me to a refund) nor do they want to really understand.

I'm switching companies - Simply also lacks the will to provide caring customer service. They do not care about loosing a client either. Give your business to some other provider!!
