She was so informative and took her time. She didn't make me feel like a dummy when I asked her to repeat something. We were having trouble connecting because of blockers on my phone. She went the extra mile and called on a different phone and many hours after her day was done. That is a sign that she cares and not one that puts in 8 hrs and goes home. I was impressed!
