Chris was knowledgeable, clear and responsive; he confirmed some of the things I was thinking might be the problem, and added significantly added to my two nights worth of online researching the issues; As always, vehicle problems teaches me more than I probably would admit that I want to know re: the particular component or vehicle...The most advantageous part of these conversations is the real time interaction...so often online info is most relevant for one particular make/model, and you have to actively extrapolate what might be different about your particular situation, and there is often some doubt remaining regarding what, in my case (automatic transmission travails) can have immediate and serious, read that:"very expensive", consequences..(!!) It was a great relief to hear solid info and ask questions directly.. 3 cheers! I even get to return $200 worth of parts I was on the fnce about keeping around or installing tomorrow. With the refunded money I was considering setting up Chris and family with a weeks worth of ice cream!! He even managed to deliver his detailed knowledge while speaking just like everybody's knowledgeable veteran "shade-tree mechanic"...Thanks, Chris! -Bill Wilkinson
PS- Your company number is permanently in my virtual "Rolodex", if there are any more of us around that know what that is, let alone have one taking up their desk real-estate...I like to think Chris has one under his "shade-tree" in his shop ;=)
