"I've used this website for a service…"
I've used this website for a service last month and they have automatically enrolled me for a membership and withdrawn money using my card details that I had used for the service without my consent and knowledge. Please beware before you give your card details in this website

"I had a question about whether I owed…"
I had a question about whether I owed capital gains taxes or not and the person I was talking to answered my questions fully. He told me exactly what I needed to do. I feel so much better after talking to him so now I know where I stand.

"Rubbish rip-off"
I sought advice from Just Answer in January and gave them a good review as the £50’s worth of advice was something I could take forward. However I then discovered another £50 had been taken from my account. I then had to pay £5 to find out why the payment had been taken only to discover the “Membership” I had apparently signed up for. When people are stressed or desperate enough to need advice it is a complete rip-off to expect them to understand the small-print about membership or to remember to cancel it immediately. To then have to pay a further £5 fee to find out why money is being taken from your bank account amounts to fraud.
