Frank was great! The guy whose name eludes me but whom I consulted w just before was very slow to answer which was annoying considering the narrow space I was in. I will henceforth stick w Frank on Kia issues. Frank also informed me my issue should still be covered under warranty. The other guy did not.

I just received an email from Chase Bank, the card I used for what I understood was a $5 fee. Chase wanted to be sure I authorized the $40 charge. What??? Where WAS IT STATED THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED $40??? I decided to use your service based on the $5 in your ad. PLEASE EXPLAIN. Thanks. Ken
