kind, concerning to my problem, gave me the information I needed in a slow and direct way so I could take notes and ask questions during the conversation.

I was told the price was 2 dollars but was charged $66 for a monthly fee. I am dissapointed that this was not explained to me, just did not read small print I guess, Just beware for your first time expereince.
