"Request for Refund – Unauthorized Membership Charges"

Dear JustAnswer Support,

I am disappointed with the service provided by JustAnswer. I recently noticed that I was enrolled in a membership without my knowledge. While I appreciate the refund of $55 for February 2025, I was expecting a refund for two months instead of one.

Kindly process the refund for January 2025 as well, which amounts to $60. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

A scam! I was trying to recover my Telegram account AI chatted with me and told me to pay £1 (refundable :)) just to have my question considered. I agreed and went to the checkout and I was billed £40.
