"USA Trademark Success!"
Antoine and his team helped us secure two trademarks in the USA. They were intelligent and flexible, and ultimately we were successful. Glad we used them!

"This is SCAM"
This is SCAM! They charged $400 for the service, which they didn't provide. Didn't refund and didn't submit anything to the Patent office, companies like this should not exist at all.
Now I'm trying to report this through Visa disputes. Indian call center and no effort on resolution.

"Avoid this service"
Getting my trademark set up was an easy experience where attention was paid to my questions, needs, and strategy.
After things got into motion and I paid the fees, the experience changed dramatically. I was no longer a source of revenue for that transaction, and so the experience diminished.
However, before I realized what was happening, and because I had such a good starting experience, I initiated the trademark for 4 additional classes.
Despite my repeated attempts to get the process started, my messages were left unanswered. This lack of responsiveness became increasingly frustrating, leading me to seek new counsel.
The last sting is that after receiving my trademark from the USPTO, Trademarkia contacted me to offer to mail me the ribbon certificate they will receive from the USPTO for my trademark for "only $99 in shipping and handling fees."
You are better off seeking a local attorney than working with Trademarkia.

"4 times they have told me they would…"
4 times they have told me they would delete me from their public database. They still have not done it yet! Terrible customer service.
I have emailed you dozens of times. I have even WhatsApped you!

"Don't waste your money, go to a real law firm"
A dissappointing overall experience.
They get you in by charging low amounts to start with and then their advice and effort along the way is subpar with a constant request for additional fees to continue with the application.
I believe the initail advice and application was below the level it should have been in order to get more fees from you as a client.
I would not use them again. It was a waste of time and money. I do not reccomend.

"advertised as $99, charge $299"
advertised as $99, then if you cancel the subscritpion, imedietly charge me $200 without ask, then the invoice is just $99,
i'm trying to refund now, but don't know if i can get my money back

"Bad service and scam practice"
Their advertised $99 US application is actually either $299 a class or $99 + $99 x 2 trademark monitoring subscriptions that turn to $299 a class if you ever cancel subscription early, that's on top of whatever government fees incurred ($350 a class in the US). The thing is they don't remind you of this when you cancel the useless monitoring sub, and actually try to divert your attention by warning that the subscription will be more expensive next time if you don't keep it. And as soon as you cancel, they would immediately charge you $200 more each class, and there is no way to recover the subscription and get refund. Can't help but think this is intentional to milk more out of their customers to cover their ever present ad campaign. I got ripped off hard but imagine if you only have one class to apply, you would still have to pay $99 inital fee plus $99x2 for a worthless trademark monitoring service, and that's $297, wayyy more than their advertising rate and way too expensive for the lack of service they provide.
The trademark service itself is next to zero. The assistants know very little about trademarks so couldn't really help me with picking subclasses. In the call we had, she basically just read out every subclasses I picked and offered zero insight. I didn't get to schedule a call with the attorney at all. The website looks good on the outside but falls short after you have paid the initial fees, as the subclasses I picked during the ordering step comes back in email completely scrambled and obfuscated, not even organized in Classes. So I had to pick every one of the subclasses again, and send them to the assistant/attorney for confirmation. This is a $99 service at best, and they have the audacity to charge $299 each class!
I will definitely bring my business elsewhere in the future. IMO if you reside in the US, just let AI pick subclasses for you and apply for yourself on USPTO. For trademarks in other countries, I did an EU trademark for 20% Trademarkia's price at a German practice I found on Google, and they provided proper legal advises
