"Outstanding Communication"
Outstanding service, and communication. I like their way to follow up and early reminders and support. Highly recommended.
Thank you Trademarkia Team

"Deleted my account after years, COO withholding service because I won’t talk to him on private phone call, this is so bizarre!"
I am strongly concerned how Trademarkia replies outing each bad review's trademark on Trustpilot, which is a form of DOXXING. Private contact info is on USPTO looking up trademarks. Please do NOT publish my trademark name or my own real name.
Do NOT use an attorney if you are American. You can handle your own trademarks yourself directly!
UPDATE: COO who was unresponsive post-phone call request reappeared in minutes when I informed him that I was leaving the company to handle my own trademark, because I didn't want them filing anything on me as my representatives. He wrote me two days in a row without my replying, thanking me for letting him know second time and first one was claiming he was going to file the paperwork that he did not need to as I'd just sent him a courtesy copy of my own USPTO filing moving away from Trademarkia? He replies to e-mails without reading them well I guess. Honestly, I hope never to hear from any of these people again based on how he runs things and no one helps you. They disappear from all help or e-mail until they're happy you left as a client!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I couldn’t make this up if I tried. I need to change the mailing address on my trademark only to find out Trademarkia deleted our login account, the account of a paying customer of years, but they continue monthly spamming our inbox. Trademarkia’s exported and exploited cheaply paid employees on chat don’t know what to do or try. So I contacted corporate saying all this. That we needed our account fixed, blah, how I can’t get in touch with the revolving door of employees there to fix it. I contacted corporate and more attorneys whose names I found. Whoa. It got really bad.
A friendly attorney there said he would fix it. Fine. The COO of the company started saying I had to schedule a phone call/Zoom with him for no apparent reason. When I declined and said all I want was my account fixed, why do I have to talk on the phone? He told me it was about guiding me to setup like I was born yesterday. I sent him a screenshot of my deleted account. No word from him. I’ve included him on an e-mail to the USA main trademark office. Not a peep.
Trademarkia isn’t serving me to update the mailing address on my trademark I have paid them on more than one occasion for because I won’t talk to the owner on the phone or video? What in the actual …. Is this? Imagine if Facebook refused to service you after you didn’t talk to Mark Z. on the phone, and you kind of wonder why of millions of Facebook users, Mark would want to talk to you when you only need your username running again. That’s the situation I am in.
Pretty certain that Trademarkia will deny all this, but actions speak louder than words, and I have it documented in e-mail that the responses to try to help me quit coming after I declined the phone call/video chat. I today have to call the trademark office to see how I’m going to get this change of address made and learn when it is up for renewal because since they don’t service me, I need to find another firm. Maybe one where they don’t delete my login then refuse to service me for not scheduling a phone call with the owner is a start. Sheesh! Something tells me none of this would have happened to if I were a 60 year old man. I mean, have YOU ever had the owner/COO//CEO of a major and famously impersonal company try to force you into a phone call or no service, under his excuse that it’s teaching you how to sign into your own account, a "screen by screen" view like you're a fool then disappearing when you send a screenshot of ohhh the actual deleted account? From Elon on X/Twitter or anywhere? Because I haven’t! And to treat me like that. Look, sir, I signed into this account before to pay for your company’s fees. I’m not that dumb and know you deleted our login. Whyyyyyy the phone call, scratching my head.
I’m afraid of repercussions against me from writing this review, but I worry more that I need to stop this from happening to more Trademarkia customers. Go to real law firms, folks. I’d rather have a recent law school grad handle my trademark with dignity. The right thing for Trademarkia to have done would have been to send me a letter saying they don’t want our business anymore because they have too many new clients or some fake reason, please find another firm to handle your needs.
I’m still weirded out by the response to declining that phone call, honestly, and the need for me to hop on the phone with the owner. He should have written me some fake polite note and asked the tech people to fix it. I’m appalled by how I’m treated so differently, standing by what I said about how no one would care if I were your average friendly, nice, balding, older American dude using Trademarkia. I have never had that response from a corporation with the drop off post no phone call and hope never again. I am at a loss for words and really sad.

"Made it easy for foreign company to get a US trademark"
Easy process, good communication

"Hundreds of hidden fees"
Hundreds of hidden fees, slow response rates and would not refund any fees even though it took them over a week to give me any information on my trademark and charged me for extra services.

"Lock you into subscription"
They advertise trademark filing at $99 - they don't say it commits you to a 6 month subscription at $99 per month. Total scam. All communication is convoluted and nonsensical to try to spin you in circles and spend even more money.

"BEWARE"
The amount of irregularities that this company has is abnormal, I have written and called countless times to request a refund of my money since the registration process for my trademark was not progressing (they had not even made a simple application in almost two months), application that I ended up doing myself in 1 hour watching tutorials out of frustration at not moving forward with the Trademarkia service, while I was still waiting for a response for the return of my money, including charges for monitoring that I did not ask for and if it had been the case if I had requested the same trademarkia platform explains that they are charged every quarter, I have proof in my account statements that they were charging me MONTHLY, at this point I realize the scam, the bank had to delete my card and replace it so that this company do not continue to make undue charges to me, I also have evidence of the informality of the lawyer Keith Malberti in telling me that he would charge me half of what I paid for the time I consumed when first the trademarkia page clarifies that the attorney fee is free when purchasing the services of trademark registration (I have evidence), secondly, time consumed in what? If the lawyer never completed just the first step, which was to fill out the application to begin the trademark registration. I am building a case against the company and the lawyer with all the evidence, account statements, recordings and screenshots of everything I explain here as well as all the unanswered emails to complete the return, "supposedly in 5 business days maximum they alleged give me a response” in the last email, which of course they did not comply with either.

"2 weeks ago I sent an email"
2 weeks ago I sent an email, they answered it a week later, then I sent another email and it's been more than a week and they haven't answered it.
I don't even know if they saw the email I sent, they don't acknowledge receipt of anything, I haven't had a response for a week and I don't know if they have seen the email I sent a week ago.
On November 20, I sent 4 emails, I HAVE NOT HAD AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT OF ANY OF THEM. On November 23, I sent an email, I have not received any acknowledgment of receipt either. I don't know if they saw it, I don't know if they made a new registration, I don't know anything because they don't acknowledge receipt of the emails I send, how do you want me to extend the service with you and contract something else if YOU DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF MY EMAILS?
I am losing money because I have wasted weeks of time, in two weeks they have responded to me only once: I cannot sell anything if I do not have the brand registered.

"I applied to the company for assistance…"
I applied to the company for assistance in registering a trademark in the USA. The company helped me to make the correct application. I have successfully registered a trademark. many thanks to the company.

"I would give Trademarkia zero stars if…"
I would give Trademarkia zero stars if I could. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and received nothing. Sent emails to the customer support and received no response. Zero, Nada. Went to their website and tried using the chat feature. 30 minutes and I am still waiting for a reply. I also tried calling their customer support number and got a woman in South America. 30 minutes on the phone with her and zero info. This company is either out-of-business or should be out of business. I am a 40 year practicing attorney and have placed many orders for trademark searches with other companies. I have a fair idea of how long it should take. This company has run off the rails and I will not use them again. Terrible service is in their DNA. I will request a cancelation of my search order and place it elsewhere.

"I probably have only myself to blame to…"
I probably have only myself to blame to be stupid enough to initiate with trademarkia. if you change your mind they charge you for a lot of fees even if you haven't used them at all.... If it was in my country I would report them legally for abuse ..
That was the mail answering why they were charging me even after cancellation
That happens because you would have chosen:
Option 1 Subscription: $99 Trademark filing and monitoring service + $350 in government fees per class when we file. The initial $99 will include the trademark filing and fee monitoring service for the first month. You will be charged another $99 after the first months for a 3-month monitoring service and then again $99 in three months' time. You can then cancel the subscription without penalty. The total paid is $297 + $350 official fee with the added benefit of a watch service. You do have the option to keep the watch service which will continue to be $99 every 3 months.
If you cancel before the first 6 months (essentially before the second or third $99 payment), it will be as if you are changing to the once-off $299 option and will be charged the difference once-off (so if they paid $99, they will be charged a once off fee of $200).
Please let me know if you have any questions.
