This company was excellent broke down at the side of the road called rac they left me and said that they couldn’t fix my car at the side of the road, phoned fuel fixers and they came straight out and got my car fixed at the side of the road, the gentleman that came was very nice and very efficient would definitely recommend this company to anyone

Pete was my knight in shining armour! I couldn’t thank him enough for getting the job done on the side of the road and having me be on my way in an hour! He was kind, communicative and all round lovely. Thanks Pete!

Dragged the motorbike out and decided putting diesel in it was a good idea…..nope, not a good idea at all! A mistake I’ve never made before, but it was done, luckily I realised quickly, with only 1.6litres going into the tank. I decided to dilute the diesel with petrol and brimmed the tank, I then rode home which again luckily was only 1.5mile with the bike stuttering a bit.

I called a rival firm that were very rude and I decided not to bother. I then called Fuel Fixer, a good decision it turned out to be. The person that took my call, Alex P, was brilliant, upbeat, efficient and arranged a mechanic to come and get me back on the road ‘it’s 1645 now, you’ll be back on the bike by 1800’ he said.

Pete arrived promptly, a top bloke that was all over his trade and clearly a skilled, experienced and knowledgeable mechanic. I had no doubt that he would get the bike running properly again and was kept informed throughout the process as to the worst case and best case scenario.

Once the process was complete the bike fired up with no grumbles whatsoever, Pete remained in place until he was content with the sound of the engine. With a smile on his face, knowing I didn’t have much more time for a ride, he instructed me to take the bike for a run and to then let him know later on how it was, and that if there was any doubt in my mind he would come back. What time was it when I rode off? pretty much not far gone 1800.

I would wholly recommend based on my experience. Admittedly more expensive than some competitors, however there is a short warranty period that is included for peace of mind with top service from start to finish.

"Efficient effective service "

My call was dealt with really efficiently. I immediately got a text/email confirming the booking and estimated arrival time of the mechanic. Marian (mechanic) rang me when 10 mins away as agreed. He got the job done quickly, and I was back on the road within the hour of his arrival. Really impressive service- from the original call at 7am, I was back on the road at 9am. Would hope I don’t need the service again, but would recommend. Marian was fab too and made me feel less daft for putting unleaded in my diesel van!
