Gave me a full breakdown of what’s about to happen and an understanding of what to do in the unlikely event of this situation happening again. A great experience from start to finish, from Calling for help to driving away, the gent on the phone was great (sorry I don’t remember his name) he got help straight away, when Csaba, my drainer arrived he was brilliant, he arrived within 15 mins, he was kind and informative, he reassured me and got to work. I was back on the road in no time couldn’t ask for more, he made a very stupid mistake on my behalf much more bearable. Thanks for a great service.

I put the wrong fuel into my motorcycle tank and Dave from Fuel Fixer came out and on arrival had it sorted quickly and professionally. He waited until we we were sure that my bike was running properly and he contacted me later to check that there were no problems during my onward journey.
The downside, and it wasn’t the companies fault, was that I was in the Highlands of Scotland and David had a 4 hr drive to get to me.
