"Never ever again with AXA and…"

Never ever again with AXA and Coverwise. My trip got interrupted and cancelled on 24.1.. Took me ages to supply all the evidence, they were asking for more week after week just to decline my claim in full a few days ago. Their communication is unclear most of the time and looks like copy and paste from other letters they send to other customers. Please do not get insurance with AXA.

5 star defaqto rating but when you try and claim it is a nightmare! It been well over 2 months with no update given! After threatening to go to the financial ombudsman, they reply back stating I will get an outcome in 5 working days. Guess what? It’s been 10 working days and nothing.
