"BEST SERVICE & PRICE"
I wanted to sell my IPhone and the lovely lady over the phone assisted me. She was lovely, she gave me an estimate over the phone which I was happy with. Came down to the shop was welcomed by two lovely gentlemen, they checked the phone to make sure everything was okay and not stolen etc , my phone passed the test took about 30 mins to check, signed some documents and it was happy days after that. Recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell or buy any phone. Great service.

"Fraud company PLS REPORT THEM"
Please don’t go for this company. My daughter who was 12 saved all her money for a mobile phone. She wanted a larger screen and when she posted her Samsung mobile - not even received a penny. Company has been reported to the police for fraud! How can the be so callus to cheat on a child ?

"SCAMMERS"
Sent phone recorded, had to call them 1 week after they received & signed for it to be told it was in bad condition which it wasnt as i have pictures , and it would not be worth anything, i asked them to send it back and am still waiting for confirmation, that was 2 weeks ago...SCAMMERS.
UPDATE---- after posting this review I received a phone call from fonehub questioning my comments, after a slightly heated discussion and 2 calls later I agreed to accept 50% of the original offer for the phone and to update my review.......

"Absolutely shocking service"
Absolutely shocking service. Take a iphone quoting £243 and reducing it to £190 because the battery got warm. Accepting the offer still no payment after 2 weeks breaking their own terms and conditions of 2 days. I took one month before i got my reduced money, but it did start court proceedings for £25. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

"Don't touch these guys with a barge…"
Don't touch these guys with a barge pole. It took two months from receipt of my phones to receiving payment. They even claimed they hadn't received the phones initially and it was only when I told them that they would still have to pay me and reclaim from Royal Mail that they suddenly appeared. At least 3 emails sent telling me that payment had been sent when clearly it had not.
One excuse after another ended with me threatening taking them to Trading Standards, before the funds were received

"Worst retail experience in Preston!"
Bad is the best thing I can say about my experience with this store! I would recommend people avoid dealing with a retailer that does not care or consider the customer. My phone was with them for almost 2 months for troubleshooting/repair, and when I got it back it was worst than before! No contact, follow up, apology... nothing. Avoid this shop for repairs. Actually, I wouldn't give them any of my business!

In summary, expect the following
an artificially high made up price offered on site
you send the phone and you will not hear from them - you will have to chase
if you are lucky enough to get your phone processed, expect a significant downward adjustment to price, for no reason whatsoever
then again if you are persistent and chase, if you are really really lucky you might get payment
I did eventually get paid and consider myself lucky!
Also do not bother to email, they will never answer, and if you are lucky, you just might get someone to answer the phone
Avoid, use a reputable company instead!

Fuc***g thieves corrupted law in this country to let these people keep on trading I would shut this so called company down long time ago if I could.Trustpilot did not let me give 0 stars but they dont even deserve that.if you want to waste your time go with these fools.

Sent these guys a Brand new iPhone x Brand new in the box sealed with protective wrapper still on the phone, I sent it to them because
A, My partners phone had been stolen
B, It was insured but a new phone would take up to 21 days to come C, I bought her a new one at a cost of £949.99 from john lewis and had no need of the brand new replacement that the insurer had sent to me.
I searched the internet High and low and also took the phone to numerous establishments such as CEX, Pawnbrokers etc which was time consuming but nessecary in order to minimulise my loss and get the best price possible for her iPhone as I new I would not get full retail and already be taking a huge loss.
FoneHub gave me the highest valuation of £580.00 I delivered it to there office which is in Whitechapel by the way if anyone wants to know there whereabouts.
I called them numerous times to see what was going on with my phone and the guy on the phone was if by design unable to help me.
I checked my online account with them and it appears they have saw fit to send me £430.00 by back payment (Which I still have not received) Without consulting me on the price reduction of a whole £150.00 ??????
Avoid at all costs.
