"We had been hesitant about having solar…"

We had been hesitant about having solar connected until Kathy’s visit. She thoroughly explained everything to us and showed us the information on a spreadsheet relating to the savings we could make. It just made sense to go ahead and have it installed.
Once that decision was made, we had emails and phone calls advising exactly what was going to happen and when it would happen. David in the office made sure we were kept up to date with everything that was going on.
Once Nathan and Michael arrived, they did not stop all day until the job was done and it was an extremely hot day here in tropical North Qld. They were tidy and very conscious that everything was cleaned up and no mess was left behind.
Everyone we dealt with at Instyle were friendly, courteous and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to future customers.

Smooth process from start to finish. Consulting process was very thorough and all calculations and projections were simply explained. The service provided by Neville and David was outstanding. I definitely recommend Instyle. We dealt with 3 other solar companies (that have cheap systems advertised on t.v.) and their lack of transparency and information about their products, and their harassing sales tactics, were very concerning. HAVE JUST PUT ONE REVIEW ON FACEBOOK AND THIS COMPANY WERE SO EFFICIENT FROM THE WORD GO AND EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED WAS ACCHIEVED AND MORE FROM MY FIRST INTERVIEW THEN THE TEAM WHO KEPT ME INFORMED DID NOT MISS A BEAT AND THE FOUR MEN INSTALLING IT WORKED SO HARD AND WERE O FRIENDLY NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM AND WHEN THEY LEFT YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE HOW TIDY THEY LEFT EVERYTHING. I JUST WISH ALL COMPANIES TODAY COULD TAKE A LEAF OUT OF THEIR BOOK THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.
