"Worst Customer Service / Updated Resolution Thank You"

I have had my 6.6 system now for 4 weeks and my inverter has not worked properly the whole time, I am having issues with Customer service and the run around to say it's been fixed but today it just stopped working and no one comes back to you or answer the phones and if they do it's always I'll email someone to call back.
They even up sold me to the top of the range inverter and panels,
I would think with only being installed 4 weeks ago someone would call straight away but nothing.
Not a very happy customer.

So now it's been 24hrs since my inverter issue and still no one has called me back, I'm not happy as my 1.5 system I had for 9 years had not 1 problem I am pissed because I could of got a similar system at 1/2 the price. The reason I paid more as the product apparently is better quality plus they were local and customer service was top quality we are just a phone call away,
With all their good reviews you would think the follow up was top notch. I open up a little bit and look what happens they take advantage of you, because of this I'm going back to trusting no one.

RESOLUTION UPDATE:
Well I'm glad to say that instyle solar did come to the party after a few back and forth phone calls to resolve the issue with inverter,
Incorrect switch was installed and tripping my inverter to turn off, problem was fixed in 20mins after 3 weeks of waiting.
Unfortunately when they fixed the inverter it stuffed up the app which stop working, it did take a few more days to resolve this as it had to be escalated to the Manufacturers to resolve.
Now after 8 weeks from install I am very Happy to say all fixed.
I would like to say that i was very happy with all the communication leading up to the installation as well as the guys that installed the system very professional and informative.
I would like to thank Cody for taking my case and resolving after a few challenging phone calls.

Very pleased with Instyle Solar installation. Communication was great from initial on site sales representative, pre-installation and post installation follow ups. Contract document's were well presented and made clear before signing. Installation team did a great job and final product looks great. Process to follow for smart meter installation was well explained. Having inverter information via wifi for number of kilowatts generated by both number and graph is great (like a new toy).

I was disappointed by the after installation service in relation to establishing whether my current meter was compatible.
Prior to installation and signing up, service was impressive
I had to spend time with energy provider to find out the hard way that a new meter is required
A call from David in Customerservice explained the above and an apology was provided
