My Mum sadly passed away in January but she had bought a Funeral Bond with Heart of England Co-Op.Everything was covered & so I had only to pick her flowers & Service sheets.I can't fault the way Melanie & Diane at Leamington helped me get through the sad process. I would also thank them for the way they kept me informed throughout the process also.
