We were made welcome and comfortable straight from the start by the compassionate and helpful staff. Everything was explained in detail and it didn't matter how many times we phoned up there was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone.No request was too much for them. We felt our mum was in good hands for her last resting place and journey. On the day of the funeral again everyone was friendly, compassionate and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heart of England CO-OP.

Our discussions with Sam, the funeral director were very useful, gentle and considerate of our feelings. She was knowledgeable, professional and it wasn't any easy job but she managed or reality checked our expectations with compassion, poise, warmth and care.

I greatly appreciate her efforts in facilitating my bothers wishes to support our mum at what was possibly the most difficult time in her life. Sam knocked on mum's front door with respect and care, right on time she really did do us proud on the day!
Looking every bit the part and the flowers were so beautiful.
