"Respect and Honour "
All through the depressing experience they gave us respect, understanding and did not belittle us. I felt that the way they communicated and talked to each other both inside and outside the company was great. Everyone felt like they had a chance to be heard and seen with the support needed. The way they bowed to my Daddy through out the funeral was respectful and it meant so much to everyone. The phone call before they came was positive so we could start to prepare ourselves was a good touch. Right from the start to the end they were everything we could of hoped for and more. They gave me Daddy and our family respect and honour which I am grateful for. I would recommend them without a second thought and if a sad time arrives again we will be returning to them.

"Do not choose heart of England in bedworth! "
I liked that my mum looked lovely, and Angela looked after us very well!
The Bedworth team were unprofessional from the first contact. First email they addressed me by my wrong name, which I corrected them, then on the first visit still called me by my wrong name. Both members of staff were very pretending all the time, and it showed!! I had to email, phone every step of the way to get any answers to my questions or needs. On the day I visited my late mum, the member of staff was waiting with the card machine outside the room for her money! Then on the day of the funeral they put the wrong picture on my mums coffin this was the last straw. I asked Angela when mum would be ready to collect she said a day or two, this was on the Wednesday? Expecting Bedworth to get in touch with me to apologise for the mix up on the photo and to let me know mum was ready, I waited!!! Finally by the Monday I could not wait no longer, I called and asked where my apology was and when I could collect mum? Answer was sorry we didn’t know you were expecting an apology, and that they hadn’t got round to collecting mum yet from the crem. When I arrived with two friends for support, to collect mums ashes I was asked if I had brought my son and daughter with me, one of my friends is clearly older than me, this question did not even needed to be asked?? I would never recommend the heart of England to anyone, my mums passing was extremely hard for me, and they made it even more harder!

"Ansty Road, Coventry branch"
My father and I were deeply touched by the compassionate and professional service provided by Joanne Casadinho and her team at Ansty Rd, Coventry. Their sensitivity was remarkable and they handled every detail with care. The service was beautifully arranged snd their genuine empathy helped us feel supported. It's the little things that mean the most, and their thoughtful touches will be forever remembered. They made a difficult experience feel truly right. Best of all I just know my mum would have approved. For that I can't thank Jo enough.
