This is the second family funeral that Heart Of England Co-Op have done for my family. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Amanda and her team leave nothing to chance, are highly professional and efficient but with a genuine human touch. At a deeply sad and emotional time, they dealt with everything and gave me the confidence to get on with the grieving process.

I also would like to extend my sincerest thanks to Barbara Wallace who brought both mum and Dad’s story to life with sensitivity but a great sense of humanity and caring.

I would recommend Heart Of England Co-Op to anyone.

Excellent service from the moment we stepped into the beautifully decorated, calm environment for our appointment with Carolyn. She was kind and sensitive, helpful and thorough.
Any queries or changes to our requirements leading up to the date of the funeral were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Ryan was also super efficient and kind and made sure everything went as well as it could on the day.
When collecting the urn, the colleague standing in for Carolyn (sorry I don’t remember her name) was so kind and sympathetic when I became upset.
All in all, we cannot fault the service received from Heart of England Co Op Funeral Service in Rugby.

What a fantastic service this was from start to finish. Jules and the team at Nuneaton were absolutely superb in everything they did for us from the very first phone call. Professional , Thorough, Honest and realistic, caring and genuine, and most of all very helpful and happy to advise in what was a very difficult time for the Family. Cannot recommend this service enough. The Funeral service on the day was so well organised thanks to Jules and her team , with everything just as we asked it to be .
