My mums funeral was in January and i really cant begin to say how well the Staff at the Earl Shilton branch helped me get through and organise the worst time of my life. They were kind, patient and answered all of my questions has i didnt know what i was doing. I dont know how i would of got through it all if it wasnt for them. The funeral itself was exactly how i wanted it and was perfect in every way it could be. I felt supported and if ever i need that kind of service again (hopefully not) i would not hesitate to go back.

I have used the heart of England co-op funerals twice in the last 2 years for my mum and now for my sister.They are professional at all times but mostly kind and caring.The funeral was what my sister would have wanted.My family and friends want to say a big thankyou for making the day a celebration of her life.
