Overall, my experience was good. The only issue I encountered was with the promo codes I redeemed...they didn’t work, including a 5% discount code. I reached out to customer service, but the issue wasn’t resolved immediately. Since my course was starting in a few days, I had to go ahead and order the book. Eventually, the customer service team provided a resolution after following up with an update.
