"Canceled Randomly and Delayed"

Estimated time was off by several days, and my initial order was cancelled without explanation. I tried contacting customer support for no one to respond. Nearly costed me a letter grade, but it did show up

Their idea of what passes as a readable, used book is messed up. The book that I received had SO MUCH highlighting, underlining, and writing that it was difficult to read without getting distracted from all of the colors, lines, etc. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal so I tried to read through the first few chapters during the first few weeks of school, but it was so bad that I had to return the book. However, since I returned it after the return deadline, I wasn't able to get a refund.
