They are committing a fraud! I have returned my books in a perfect condition back in December. They charged me for one book back in December saying that I have returned is a damaged condition. I call it a lie because I returned two books in a perfect condition through UPS. I was too tired of going back and forth with them and decided that I’ll just pay that $119… well, we’re three month LATER, I’m not even in school anymore and they charged me for the other book $95 saying that I never returned it!!!! I did with the other book they charged me for. If anyone has similar experience please contact me. I’ll look into legal help with it because I think they are milking people for money!
