This was my first time using ecampus. I made a last minute class switch and needed the textbook stat, but didn’t want to pay for digital. Loved the ecampus option of a physical book rental with included free digital access for a week. This allowed me to use the digital book right away, while waiting for the physical book to ship. I didn't have to miss any assignments! The book shipped quickly and arrived before my digital access expired. FANTASTIC option. Loved the price. We will have to see how the return process goes at the end of the semester. If it’s smooth, I’ll be a forever fan of this company!

Il servizio è scadente. Ogni cosa che si deve fare è un ostacolo. Esami orali impegnativi nonostante la facoltà telematica. I docenti devi rincorrerli e chiamarli personalmente perché non vedono mai le email su piattaforma. Menefreghismo totale e lo studente è abbandonato a sé stesso. Ho avuto difficoltà anche nella relazione della tesi per gli stessi motivi. La segreteria è efficiente e anche la tutor. Il problema sono i docenti che se ne fregano e comunque pretendono come se fosse una università pubblica, non capendo che uno fa la telematica proprio perché per problemi personali non può dedicarsi al 100%. Se hai possibilità, scegli un'altra.
