After 2 emails asking me to review a recent claim with no claim made a 3rd email saying to ignore the email, now there’s a 4th. So here is my review, would not recommend as you will get unwelcome emails.

Will never pay out and make excuse after excuse to not pay out, rude customer service reps who will keep cutting the phone line, they cut me off 6 times and complaints email unresponsive.

I purchased my Keycare policy through my insurance company. I had given the company written permission to allow my wife to deal with all issues related to the vehicle. Keycare would not honour this is and I was abroad for an extended period, so the process was delayed until my return 6weeks later!!!!
Once I returned the matter was dealt with promptly.
