Ordered a taxi for 6.30 pm wasn't told they were busy. After a few calls to the rank.the taxi finally turned up nearly a hour later.poor service.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. On top of the overpriced service they clearly are just out for money. They were willing to withhold my belongings and were going to charge me more(can you imagine) until I wrote them an email straightening out their nonsense because technically they owed me more and of course I never got refunded. It’s partially my fault I should’ve just searched for reviews. On top of all this they rummaged through my stuff while it was in their warehouse supposedly to repackage so they could charge me more or something and then now I find out my damn tv is broken. I decided to read through their policies of insurance coverage. It says on their website that they cover your boxes up to 100 pounds for free (highly doubt you’ll get anything when they cause you inconvenience but ok) they then go on to remind you that if you store anything besides clothes with them and it gets stolen or broken they won’t do anything about it I won’t even bother I just hope these people get shut down. They have made my experience with them traumatising. Learn a lesson and read through a company’s policy to get a feel of what they’re really about as well as the reviews.

Was trouble from start to finish. It started on the day they were supposed to collect my boxes to which they gave me no specific time but rather be ready at 9am. So I sat there with an empty room on the floor the whole day until 5pm to which I call to which I was told they had gone to the incorrect address and had not gone to my actual address! So I then had to travel 2 hours home only to come back again next week for another pickup. To where again, I waited all day as no specific time was given.
And then when I received my boxes again, well I say boxes as they were definitely not a box anymore as it looked as if they had been ran over repeatedly by lorries and dropped from space, I counted that I was missing a box. When I received my final box (which was also mushed) the next day after calling , my monitor, which was wrapped in bubble wrap, a thick duvet and clothes, was heavily damaged on one corner and no longer functioning (BROKEN).

Never failed to turn up . Good prices. Lovely polite taxi men , taxis spotless and I love the satnav showing their whereabouts on when they’re coming to pick you up. Receptionist always polite and jolly and as a regular customer I shall recommend your services to others

Emails get ignored or take an age to reply, collection dates missed. They do not work well with the Universities. In the end it seems I paid for 3 boxes (only 2 were packed!), that were retained in the college halls throughout and then we had to collect ourselves.

Awful experience from start to finish - and not finished yet !!
Boxes not delivered for packing - had to run out and get own boxes. Then 3 out of 6 boxes not delivered on delivery date. One arrived 2 weeks late totally smashed and the other 2 still haven't arrived. DO NOT USE. !!!!!!!
