The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is an educational organization focused on the development of leadership, social responsibility and personal growth of university students. Its mission is to provide practical tools so that members can identify their goals, overcome obstacles and become agents of change within their communities.

The experience of being part of NSLS is enriching, since it combines theoretical learning with practical application. Through workshops, sessions with inspiring speakers and successful groups, participants have the opportunity to develop essential skills such as effective communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork and ethical decision-making.
From my experience, I consider that NSLS not only strengthens leadership skills, but also drives personal growth by encouraging its members to act with purpose.
