I like the LeaderCast videos. However, the pictures and videos are vastly liberal individuals that have narrow and one-sided thinking. I would like to see more variety in pictures and speakers.

I think this experience with the NSLS was very inclusive and easy to do as long as you dedicated time to working on the more time-consuming parts of the orientation process (like the SNTs).
The only thing that I had some difficulty with was communication. I had a question but I was unable to email my advisor to ask (even though three email options were provided), because it claimed the individual was no longer involved. Then I received an email from that same advisor (unrelated). So that was confusing for me.
Otherwise, I was able to to finish my Induction process in a few weeks and was able to achieve some of my goals, which was a bonus!

This was a valuable and informative experience. I learned the power of setting SMART goals and discovered the wisdom of leaders through the speaker broadcasts. I came away with new insights, encouragement, and inspiration. Leaders change the world and I discovered that I can be an impactful leader.

I appreciate the friendly and empathetic environment your team cultivates, as it clearly demonstrates an understanding of the effort needed to navigate the site. Customers are consistently treated with respect, which is impressive. Recently, I encountered a situation where I needed the shipping fee waived after I had just completed a purchase and realized I forgot an item. Although it was too late to adjust my order, I am confident that your team can assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.

NSLS provides clear steps or strategies to improve time management, provides concrete examples, and offers specific suggestions and plan of action for new leaders to improve their leadership skills.

What made my experience great was having the opportunity of meeting others who were chosen to be part of this nationwide organization. Hearing their experiences and their desires to benefit the world pushed me forward into my mission. They even gave me helpful feedback that guided me and showed me the best course of actions to take. Even outside of our group meetings, I have been met with kindness and hospitality. To future NSLS members, I wish you all the best.
