I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a 20-inch product, but they sent me a 17-inch one instead. When I contacted them about the mistake, they expected *me* to pay for the return shipping. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be shopping here again. I will be reporting to ACCC and going through PayPal to get a refund

I am not happy with my product. 150 grams of hair and its thin and red hair when I ordered dark brown. Also its not long enough 18". Now I honestly think I need 24".
Beside that it took about a month to arrive - from China to Canada. I would like a refund. Please have someone contact me.

Bought these extensions for a friend first Time installing clip ins and they are hassle free. Hair is exrta soft and silky. It's thicker than I expected. Length is 22 inch. Hair comes with well packaged. Love the colour of the hair especially the streaks of brown and blonde mixed. Doesn't tangle

I wanted to give these extensions 5 stars because the hair is very good quality the reason. Why i only gave them 3 stars is because I ordered 4 packs of hair and the hair length was un even. Some of the packs hair were longer than others even though they all said 20” on the packaging. There was about a 2” difference in length on two of the packs. I noticed when I opened the packs and placed the hair side by side.
