Two visits this week, firstly my daughters and then the main family vehicle. Both new set of front tyres. Would recommend and will go back in the future.

Although the website UX wasnt that great, managed to find the right tyres in few clicks. Competitive pricing and a decent staff who answered my questions promptly over phone about 10min wait on a Saturday. It was quite easy to place order and track delivery. Definitely recommend over competitors.

Fitter had to reschedule my appointmentdie to their busy schedules, did not inflate the tyres to same level, pressure on one of the tyres was low which I managed to sort at home. No big concerns otherwise.

I got a message confirming my order and when they would come to fit. A call and a further text to clarify when my tyres would be fitted. The fitter was polite and completed the work really fast. The service is convenient because it was all completed in my driveway so no fuss and simple to get sorted. Will definitely be using etyres the next time I need a tyre changed.

Horrendous company. Took my money. Couldn't get tyres out within 1 week. Then have told me they have tried to deliver and no one was there to take delivery, rather than contact me they just returned them to their supplier. Kept my money and waited for me to ring. 2 weeks. 2 weeks I have been left without a vehicle as they still haven't sent my tyres out and I can't get the car motd without them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Just what you want really. Easy to order and book a slot for 24 hours later. Arrived with the wheel and 10 mins later left with the new tyre on said wheel.

I recently purchased tyres from etyres.co.uk and while the process had its ups and downs, overall, it was a good experience. The website is user-friendly and offers competitive prices. There was a mix-up with the delivery timing, and some communication issues with the tyre fitting company, but the staff, particularly Ruth and Zak, were responsive and helpful in resolving the issues. Although I missed out on a promotional voucher due to a code mishap, the customer service was friendly and efficient, refunding any unnecessary charges promptly. Despite some hiccups, I would consider using etyres again for their good prices and service. 4 stars!
