"Tyre Fitter No Show - Struggling to get a refund"

After waiting 6 days for a fitter we had a no show and the fitter A6 Autos wasn't contactable on any numbers provided nor could eTyres contact them on the day of fit or the day after. Earliest next date offered was 5 days away. Went to Kwik Fit. Now struggling to get a refund from eTyres or a reply from their Customer Support.

You book multiple people in at the same time causing long waiting time at the garage , this is not the garages fault but reflects on you tyres as a company , I have since found out you are more expensive than other companies which is very annoying indeed and a lot of time wasting on the day , very poor .

Etyres were the cheapest and most convenient to use,
as the get you home liquid did just that, before the tyre went completely flat on my drive.
Their fitter was prompt efficient and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size tyre for my car, the guys at Dukes Park Automotive in Chelmsford went above and beyond to sort out my mistake. The refund was processed straight away by etyres. Highly recommend both companies!

"Absolutely brilliant customer…"

Absolutely brilliant customer experience. Got there 5 minutes before my appointment, as the traffic was bad. Seen two straight away and told how long it would take. They said they would call me if it was done quicker, and it was. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
