My general experience with Etyres is great but twice the website has failed me. Not sure if it’s user error or not but twice my billing address has become my fitting address and fitting address has become my billing address, I have no reason why but I’m guessing if there at the same address it’s never a problem.

"A company you CAN’T rely on"

I ordered a tyre on Tuesday night online for fitment on Friday, I contacted the contracted company that fits the tyre in the area on Friday afternoon and they said they haven’t received the tyre yet, I then contacted etyres only to find out the tyre now wouldn’t arrive with the fitter until the following Monday, I explained that I was over 300 miles away from home and due to leave the following day, the response was that they are unable to help, asked to speak to a manager and they refused to let me. I asked for a refund and I got told it would take up to 6 working days which isn’t great having to pay out twice for a tyre as they let me down to then wait to get the money back from them, they get the money from me instantly but they can’t return it instantly? I then contacted the local tyre fitter directly again who went out of there way to help me and sourced a tyre the same day and moved things around to get it fitted as the first job on on the Saturday morning. Overall I would never recommend using etyres as you can’t rely on them, stick to using local services as they work out a lot better than big firms who don’t care and have no customer care.

Best price for these quality tyres and fitted at my local ETB depot.
ETB were miles away on price when quoting for mid-range and premium, but are on Etyres fitting list - win, win for me!
Yokohama tyres are quality, and I have no doubt I'll be replacing the fronts with the same Yoko's as the rear when the time comes.

"8 days late and ended up paying for fitting on top"

I ordered 2 tyres through ETyres on the 28th December and paid £63.80 extra to get them fitted via a mobile fitter on the Feb.

Day off work to sit in for the fitter. Phones me at about 3pm to say that ETyres delivered the wrong tyres. Wrong brand, wrong size, wrong sorted rating.

3 days to get the correct tyres delivered. Arranged to get them fitted on the 8th Jan. Came at 8pm, 40 minutes later knocked on my door and said he didn't have the correct tool to fit my tyres, needed a spreader?, and said he'd call back next day (left me the tyres on the wheels but not "fitted", didn't phone next day or next.

Today, the 10th of January, I've just driven down to local tyre fitter who fitted them for £20.

Phones ETyres to question the £63.80 I paid to get fitted and they say "because the fitter came to my house, they have to pay him so I don't get a refund".

The MOBILE FITTER did not fit. He was mobile but he did not fit. They say I should have phoned them and they would have organised a place to get them fitted, not mobile.

They've lost a future customer! I only went with them in the first place because they said they could get them FITTED at my house before any other customer, they were not the cheapest

I have got them fitted myself 8 days after they said they would, at my own cost but they still charge me £63.80 for that priceless l privilege.

Paid for a pair of tyres almost 2 weeks ago , on the same day the nominated garage was unable to fit the tyres as agreed , so on the same day the order was cancelled .
Over a week and a half later , I still do not have a refund , they have promised twice to refund but still haven’t honoured this !
My money went same day the refund is taking much much longer WHY!!!!
