I have ordered tyres at Friday to be delivered to local garage for Sunday morning appointment and fitting. I have paid, tyres never arrived. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. AVOID IT AT ALL. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY DO THEY OFFER SERVICE THEY CANNOT PROVIDE. ISN'T THAT CALLED A SCAM?! JUST TIME WASTERS YOU ARE. THEY JUST SAY SORRY. GO TO THE H*** WITH SORRY. IMPROVE OR DON'T OFFER IT

Booking all four tyres on the etyre web page was quick, easy and definitely the best price.

However i turned up for my appoint on time and advised my tyres have not arrived yet. The garage said all they could and not much else they can do until they got the tyres. They called me in the afternoon and we rebooked the appointment.

I complained to etyres as id taken a morning off for the appointment and was having to take another morning off to go to the rearranged appointment.

No recompense at all just a polite sorry.

Not sure I'll use again.
