I had a fantastic experience at my local tyre fitting shop. They fitted my tires professionally and promptly informed me when they were ready for collection. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend their services!

I made an enquiry online 22nd of January to have 4 new tyres fitted. I received an online quote and I paid for this order in full £371:80
The booking was made at F1 Autos Norwich booked Saturday 12:30 I proceeded to drop off the car on Saturday 1st February to be told that the order had not been processed and the did not have the tyres or any in stock. Appointment was moved to Saturday 7th, I arrived on Saturday 7th to be told that the tyres had still not been delivered. I how have the process booked in again for Saturday the 15th, however the Garage have told me that if the tyres do not arrive they obviously won't be able to fit them. The Garage on both occasions has passed full responsibility into Etyre saying you book in the process in without checking with the garage that they are able to undertake the work knowing that the garage cannot fit them if they haven't had the tyres deliver.
I wasted two whole Saturdays to have tyres fitted that I have paid for in advance on both occasions, having to travel 30 minutes each way on both occasions, I am still no further forward with tyres being changed and still don't know when I arrive next time, if the tyres will be there, for the extra few quid I will be using a reputable dealer moving forward.
