I chose a tyre and selected the nearest garage in Welwyn Garden City for for a next day online. Easy and straight forward online service, and good user & fitter experience.

I booked appointment for a tire change, I arrived on time, the gentleman said they hadn't received my tires from etires yet, only an email with confirmation
I came to the Workshop again after 3 days After picking up the car, I noticed that the tires were of a different brand than the one I ordered. the gentleman from the workshop said that the etires company sent him these
I contacted etires but without result they are not responsible for this incident
NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 new tyres at a good price and booked slot.

Got called in the morning by the local fitters.

eTyres sent wrong tyres. Not just that, they booked me in for a slot that hadn't been available for some time.

eTyres response....no we'll send new tyres and find a fitter for you as a matter oif urgency.

Nope....just sorry, we'll refund you now....oh and we may keep this money for up to 6 days.

Absolute shambles. Just book with Asda tyres or the garage directly.

I'm now without tyres and cash to buy an alternative source until they process me refund.

"I reached out to etyres"

I reached out to etyres, stating that he recently bought four tyres and was expecting a £50 Amazon voucher as part of a promotion. I asked for help as I hadn't received the voucher.

They responded by checking the order and confirmed that I didn't apply the discount code at the checkout. Since the promotional month had passed, she explained that etyres couldn't apply the discount code retrospectively and apologised for the inconvenience.

I responded, explaining that he was directed to start his order from a link on the site and wasn't aware I needed to enter a discount code at checkout. I reiterated that he had spent £700 and asked when I would receive the Amazon voucher.

They replied again, explaining that the Offers tab on their site includes all the necessary details and that the discount code needed to be entered at checkout.

It didn't. It wasn't clear. I am disappointed.

Unfortunately, since the promotion period had ended, the code couldn’t be applied after the fact. She added that any promo or discount code must be entered during checkout for future reference.

"etyres didn't deliver the tyres in time…"

etyres didn't deliver the tyres in time for the fitters time slot. spoke to customer support who said they were on route but had no idea where or when they would arrive. its now been 3 hours since my time slot, tyres still not arrived. mot slot now missed.

stick to the local fitters instead as it not worth the hassle.

"Failed to deliver the tyres"

Ordering process seemed to go well and got a confirmation email from the fitting garage. That’s where the good part stopped. Turned up at the fitting garage for them to say I was an hour late, I was 10mins early according to my booking. Then about 10/15 minutes later they let me know the tyres hadn’t been delivered. Then got told my the fitting garage that I shouldn’t buy online tyre shops.

Would not recommend.

"Issue with pre-paid fitting, all good in the end."

There were some communications issues between e-tyre and the tyre fitter I had chosen. The tyre fitting company I chose were not aware of my booking. However, the tyres had arrived and were fitted at the allotted time as expected. But, I was asked to make an additional payment of £40.00 after the tyres were fitted. I had no choice but to pay or else I wasn't going to get my car back. I opened a support letter with e-tyres asking for them to reimburse my £40.00 unfortunately the reply didn't reach my inbox. After giving a 1 star review I was contacted by Zak at e-tyres who stated my refund was going to be actioned by the tyre fitting company, all I had to do was pop back to the garage, which I did and I was refunded the £40.00 fitting charge with a comment saying that they didn't receive e-tyres confirmation email for the fitting that's why I was charged. All came out good in the end. Thank you Zak.
