"Non-existant fitting appointment…"

Etyres booked a fitting appointment without knowing if the garage had capacity to complete. I arrived to be old that the garage were fully booked that day and had to make an appointment for the following day directly with the garage. Apparently, this is not an infrequent occurrence with etyres. If etyres don't have visibility of the garage's calendar, surely they shouldn't be making and taking money for books at that garage. If you use etyres, I suggest you check the fitting appointment with the garage locally.

Booked fitting at local fitter on-line through etyres with no-problem. The web site is clear and easy to use and prices were competitive. Then something unexpected happened and I could not keep the appointment. It was easy to rearrange by calling the fitter and everything went smoothly - all 4 tyres done within an hour of arriving. Would use this service again.

Ordered tyres online and received fitting date. Magnum Tyres fitter called to say he was 30 mins away. Very professional setup, all 4 tyres balanced and fitted at my location, simple no fuss. Will use next time for sure.

"Poor customer service throughout"

Poor customer service throughout. I was due to have a tyre fitted using the mobile fitter service. I was given a date and I waited in all day. With 1 hour left of the day I called asking for an update. I was told that my tyre was never delivered to the fitter and the service was not happening that day. Such poor customer service that no one contacted me to tell me my service was cancelled. I was then informed they would not be able to arrange a fitting and I would need to “cancel” my order. I was told that my refund would be processed straight away and it normally takes 6 working days but given the situation they would do it quicker. 6 days later and no money. I called again and was told “oops! Someone didn’t press a button so the refund is only just processed now! - you will get your money in 12-24hrs!” That has now passed and still no money.

Edit: I have just had another email saying I have to wait yet another 3 days for the refund.
