I must have clicked the wrong fitting date on the drop down menu so needed to change it. Rang them, on hold for very short time and Ellie was very helpful and got the tyres sent or to the fitters that afternoon and got them fitted on my shiny new alloys the next day. Thanks for great service and minimal hassle

Their drivers are dangerous.

Despite in a merging lane (2 into 1 lane, no priority) and almost a car length ahead I had to brake quickly and yield, entering the opposite direction lane, as their driver decided they didn't wish to, letting them through. Was a scary experience for us with 2 children in the car.

A very poor experience with this company today unfortunately. I paid for a new Tyre online 2 days ago and organised fitting of the Tyre at the same time with a local garage for this morning (28.08.24) I arrived for the Tyre to be fitted & they removed the wheel but the Tyre hadn’t been delivered even though it was marked as delivered. I’ve booked 1/2 a day holiday for this and it’s a complete waste of time. They (etyres.co.uk) contacted me at 09:40 - 10 minutes after my appointment time to let me know about the problem 😡 I’d really prefer to give zero stars for this company but it’s not an option. After further frustration trying to get to speak to someone (many companies involved- Colwood, Asda Tyres etc. etc.) they just apologise & say delays may be possible & are written into the T&Cs with no offer of a mobile fitter to come to me to fit the tyre, a service they do offer.
etyres.co.uk - I WON’T be using your services again - nothing but an inconvenience. Additionally, I now have to wait 6 days for a refund!!!!
