I selected my new tyre in the evening and got my new tyre fitted the very next day, which was great service to have such a quick turnaround.
The website is easy to use too, just adding my car registration number and then choosing from 2 wheel sizes and then selecting a tyre manufacturer.

"Fitting cancelled by etyres but money already taken"

Called by customer service, late in the afternoon, day before fitting to be told they could no longer fit the tyres. Offered a new date but the date I selected was the only time i could manage before a making a work trip.

It's really inconvenient to lay out £500 and be told the refund could take up to 14 days. I now don't have available funds to make alternative arrangements. If you can't guarantee fitting at the point of order, don't take the money!!! wait until fitting is actually complete.

Bought 2 tyres from e-tyres and found them cheapest with next day fitting which i needed after finding a bulge in a tyre the day before it's mot.
As an extra there was an offer to get back an Amazon gift card too. This didn't work but a quick email to customer services and it was quickly resolved.
