Great service as usual. Same fitter as last two times and everything done and dusted in no time.

I had ordered 4 new tyres from the etyres eBay store. On every tyre site, when I entered my car reg, it shows 2 sets of tyre types that are compatible. So I went with the first one which comes up and ordered those. However, that was not the type that was fitted in my car. It needed the second listed tyres. When I went to the fitting garage and they told me to contact etyres. Just a simple phone call and they refunded the money for all the tyres! Now this is proper 5* service! Even though it was my mistake, they didn't say a single thing and just refunded the full amount!

I will definitely be recommending etyres to everyone!

"Good mobile tyre fitting service"

Use of mobile tyre-fitting service very helpful, and good vfm, as tyre was completely flat so driving to a depot would have damaged the wheel-hub.
Extra charge for a mobile service was very fair.
Came on time with a heads-up call on their way.

"My car was damaged, etyres took zero responsibility"

The selected tyre fitters who had only positive reviews on etyres damaged both of my rims which resulted in significant inconvenience to me. They paid for repairs of the visible damage. Subsequently damage to the inner rims was also identified during a manufacturer service.

I made further queries to the regional manager of of the fitters who rudely dismissed my concerns (and then accused me of threatening him with a bad review).

I will never again use a third party company such as etyres to supply tyres as they took absolutely no responsibility - telling me it has nothing to do with them when I got in touch.

Just so everyone is aware they pay about £25 to the fitters that works out at 8% of the amount paid to etyres. Essentially etyres makes a profit, pays the fitter next to nothing and takes no responsibility for damage.

I have learnt my lesson. Next time, I will order tyres direct with a specialist fitter that has a good reputation.

It is not worth saving £100 on tyres to have your rims damaged.

"Miserable fitter…"

We had the most miserable fitter possible who came to our home and made us feel quite uncomfortable, very rude and unpleasant. I’ve subsequently been sent a direct questionnaire from etyres to complete however it never opens. Not the best service however the tyres have stayed on which is what I paid for so not all bad.

Honestly I would give them a minus rating if I could. I purchased 4 Michelin Primacy tyres for my car and selected the tyre centre near me for next day fitting. All good so far. The next day I enquired with F1 Autocentres could fit me in earlier which the manager declined. So i attended at my appointment time to be informed by the manager that he had my tyres but couldn't fit them as Etyres had not confirmed the booking with him. Despite the centre being empty the manager refused to fit the tyres and said his earliest slot would be 3 days from then. he made some derogatory remark about etyres being useless and I told him I wasnt able to wait until he had a fitting slot. He instructed me to take this up with Etyres. I attempted to raise a support chat with them online but that doesnt work. Apparently you can only raise a support ticket via email. so far I have had no response from Etyres and have no way of obtaining the tyres I have paid for which has resulted in me doubling my cost for 4 new tyres
