Fitter said etyres did not supply the 2 tyres I ordered, spoke to etyres they said delivered to fitter. So 3 days phoning to get sorted , not once did etyres phone me back to try and help (even though they said they would). Eventually cancelled the order, now have to wait 6 days for refund and still no tyres. Next time would be just as well sorting with garage direct as customer service was appalling.

Easy to use website which quickly showed me available tyres for my car, the cost, and available time slots for fitting them. On the day the fitter met me on arrival. Was polite and informative. Was a busy place and I had a half hour wait, but the job was completed in the 1hr slot I was given. All very professional and efficient. Recommended 👍

The tyre got changed on the day it was supposed to, however the tyre should have been changed in the morning and the tyre wasn't there on the morning of the day it was supposed to be changed.

Customer service was great though and helped me the best they could. 10/10 to them.

Car needed an MOT so ordered 2 tyres to be fitted at F1 Autocentres in St. Albans. Thought I'd just check the tyres were delivered to the fitter before I turned up. Tyres were there, but the garage had no fitters and didn't bother to tell me. Next appointment available was in 5 days and my MOT was due. Called eTyres to see if theyre release the tyres so I could use a mobile fitter, but they wouldn't do that. Only option was to cancel and rebook, but my MOT will expire before I can get the tyres fitted. Good price, but the service has to match!
