Rounded off bolts with oversized dagger dagger gun , told me there was no need to torque the bolts up and decided to use a 3ft lever bar , didn’t balance the wheel rang etyres they said not their problem ring Dunstable mobile fitters as they fitted it , rang left a message didn’t even bother to phone back , one word for them cowboys ! Wouldn’t let them loose on a wheel barrow and £20 more expensive that any other local garage , and the icing on the cake over inflated the tyre by 10 psi

I was able to change the time of the fitting really easily with a phone call. Pleasant staff, clear communication. Hardly any wait.

Picked the tyres I wanted and chose a convenient time...(I had tried another online tyre specialist and getting a slot within a month wasn't happening and I wasn't going with a non verified fitter after a little unverified garage snapped 2 of my wheel studs off, meaning I needed a new hub at more expense to myself apparently).

This experience with etyres, Beccles Wheels and Tyres direct went off perfectly and that's all I really care about.
