Tyres ordered online and twice they didn't arrive in time for the appointment. I was never told in advance by etyres that the tyres did not arrive, resulting in a lot of wasted time and frustration. In the end I cancelled after the second failure to deliver, and purchased tyres directly from the fitter. I would have done that in the first place. Etyres won't offer any compensation for the delays or the lack of communication.

I booked an available slot for Tyres to be fit on the day. The payment went through for the garage rto call me and tell me it,s not possible. Now need to wait up to 6 days for refund.
