Mobile fitter provided accurate time of arrival the day before and was very considerate of the stainless steel wire wheels completing the tyre changes efficiently without marking the wheels

Their fitter cancelled and I was not informed. Also wouldn’t let me take the tyres from the fitter (even though I’d paid for them). Wasted my time and fuel. Customer service department couldn’t care less. I’ll be using their competitor from now on.

Mobile fitting date has been and gone, still no idea if tyres are likely to be fitted or not.
Chased up both etyres and the fitting company multiple times, both sides promised to call me back yesterday to let me know what's going on and when fitting is likely to happen and... absolutely nothing.
That and Ranger Tyres in Luton/Dunstable/wherever they claim to be (multiple conflicting info online - dodgy) were rude and hung up on me on the initial phone call on the morning of the appointment (which never happened) when I had a question.
Do your research, don't trust either of these companies. Pay a tiny bit more and avoid the stress I'm currently experiencing.
There's literally zero acceptable excuses for leaving the customer in the dark, and for promising that you will call them back with more information and then never actually do that.
So, as I paid with PayPal, looks like I'm going to have to raise a dispute with them and play the waiting game. Meanwhile, still stuck without the set of tyres that I needed.

"Useless waste of time and money"

Useless do not use, wish I had read reviews on here first, went to get tyres fitted today, after waiting for well over an hour told the tyres hadn't arrived , to go home and they would phone me when the tyres got in. Finally got in touch with then and now have to wait upto 6 days to get my money back. Offered me an option via email for a £20 Amazon voucher for my inconvenience, I said I would accept that, but nothing since.
