"Good professional Apple Watch Repair "

I dropped my Apple Watch 10 and cracked the screen. I wasn’t sure about sending in the post and as I live in London I went to there myself. Service was courteous and they said it would be repaired in a few days. It did take slightly longer but they contacted me to let me know. I wound rather it was done properly and done right than rushed and wrong.
On collection I tested it in the shop and it worked fine and the repair looks as good as new. The only thing is after repair you can’t get the watch wet.
Hopefully I won’t need their service again but if I do, I would not hesitate to use them

I initially contacted this company with a query about the repair that I required and received a quick response. The information to get my watch to them was clear and easy. My Apple Watch screen was badly smashed but has been replaced restoring it to its original condition. My watch was returned quickly and in comparison to similar companies out there the cost of the repair was very reasonable indeed.

I went to get my rear glass fixed on my iPhone 14 Pro and to get my charging port cleaned and am I generally very happy with the replacement but my only quarrel is that the back piece was deep purple but they changed it to blue, I like the blue but I would’ve preferred the glass to be the factory colour. They also cleaned the charging port perfectly, took about 4 days from sending my phone off to collecting it which is a lot better than what Timpsons offered me. From just getting it back it’s been replaced very well.

I am more than happy with this company, I cracked my iPad Pro 1 screen by forcing closing Two bottles of duty free Vodka on my iPad in my hand luggage last August.

The early iPad Pro are a bit too flimsy once bent.

Long story short after a small fee I now have an immaculate iPad Pro 3 (much more sturdy) that works perfectly


If I ever break my IPad again I will use this company again. To say I am over the moon is an understatement.

"Unfortunately not a good experience"

Unfortunately not a good experience! I had cracked the screen of my watch so sent it in for a repair. After hearing nothing for and chasing for an update twice over two weeks I eventually phoned and after a few more phone calls it turned out they had broken the screen when trying to repair the watch. They sourced a replacement unit for me and sent it but no compensation and I was without my watch for over two weeks in the end. I guess these things happen but total lack of communication and poor customer service so would not recommend.

What a fantastic honest company to deal with. I broke the screen on my brand new iPad while on holiday.
I contacted Fixmybrokenscreen for a quote and paid in advance to secure to price for a repair.
When back home I posted the iPad to them and the next day I got a message saying the repair would not be the price they originally quoted. They refunded me immediately the extra, repaired and returned the iPad three days later. Great repair it is as good as new, brilliant service.
