"I had a very disappointing experience"

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My MacBook Air M1’s screen stopped working, so I sent it in for repair. After getting it back, it worked for only three days before developing an issue in the corner. When I contacted them, they insisted that I had damaged the screen—even though I hadn’t.

Reluctantly, I paid for another screen replacement, with a £50 discount off. Unfortunately, this second repair also failed after just two days, and the screen stopped displaying anything. I have no idea what kind of screens they are using, but they seem to be extremely fragile and unreliable.

Overall, I feel like I wasted my money on poor-quality repairs.
