The ease of booking, posting, and return of the device was super efficient and effortless. Right from the beginning there was great communication in both texts and email to keep me updated of the process and how the repair was progressing. Even without the express turnaround option my iPad came back in a couple of days. The replacement screen looks high-quality and my iPad is now fully functional again. Can’t say enough of how much of a quality service this is.

And gave me some advice to look after my device

Great communication beforehand via email, but am fortunate enough to live close enough to go into the shop. Dropped my iPad (with a truly smashed screen, including “holes” in the screen-surround) this morning, and just 2.5 hrs later returned to pick it up.
It seriously looks brand new! And at less than a third of the price I’d have paid with Apple…
